Add Surveys

1. Login as Training Coordinator/Instructor
2. Click Surveys
3. Click Add survey
4. Enter Survey Title
5. Click Create
6. Click Add Question on the survey title to add a question
7. Enter question and answers, Click Save question
8. To add other questions repeat steps 6 and 7
9. Once survey is ready, click Publish

Please note that once you publish the survey, any user on the platform will be able to answer this survey.
